Capcom has released the first trailer for Resident Evil Zero HD; the latest in what I hope is a long line of Resident Evil remakes.
The game will boast enhanced HD visuals, improved sound, widescreen support and the option for players to use the “modernized” control scheme made popular by this year’s Resident Evil HD. Resident Evil Zero was originally released in 2002 and takes gamers through the events that led Jill and her team to that godforsaken mansion.
“Rebecca Chambers and the S.T.A.R.S Bravo team are dispatched to investigate a series of gruesome murders in a region just on the outskirts of Raccoon City. Soon after departure their helicopter malfunctions and crash lands into a nearby forest. In order to survive Rebecca Chambers must team up with escaped convict Billy Coen and escape the nightmarish landscape set forth by unsavory Umbrella Corporation.”
Capcom also included some screenshots from Resident Evil Zero HD.
